Good: The new 13-inch MacBook Pro has a faster third-gen Intel Core i5 processor, and USB 3.0 ports.
Bad: Not much else has changed: the price, battery life, and older, thicker appearance, however well designed, remain the same.
Bottom Line: While the 13-inch MacBook Pro remains a well-built laptop, it's fallen behind the MacBook Air and Retina Display MacBook Pro in design, lacks higher-end upgrades, and feels too expensive compared with the competition. [Read more]
