Galaxy Nexus to see next version of Android before other handsets.

Google appears to have spilled the, um, beans on which Android device will be the first smartphone to get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
As first caught by Droid Life, a small Google Play store product listing identifies the unlocked Galaxy Nexus as the lucky handset.
You'll notice that the text doesn't say the first device to come loaded with Android 4.1, leaving more room for the presumed Nexus 7 tablet to take that honor. With Google I/O taking place in less than a week, we've gotten all but official confirmation that we'll see a 7-inch tablet with stock Android and a $200 (or less) price tag.
